The foundational agreements and operational protocols governing your engagement with Akamaar Landscape Engineering and Technical Office.
01. Structural Agreements
By accessing the Akamaar digital infrastructure or engaging our technical office, you enter into a binding operational framework. These terms dictate the permissible use of our architectural resources, technical documentation, and web assets.
Akamaar operates globally from our headquarters in Cairo, Egypt. You agree that compliance with both local and international laws regarding intellectual distribution falls under your responsibility when utilizing our materials.
02. Intellectual Property
All digital assets, CAD blueprints, BIM models, topographical mappings, and visual representations published on this domain remain the absolute intellectual property of Akamaar Engineering.
We grant a temporary, non-exclusive, and strictly non-commercial license for the transitory viewing of our public portfolio. This structural license specifically prohibits the modification, replication, or commercial redeployment of any technical or visual assets without express written authorization from our legal department.
03. Liability & Execution
While we engineer our digital and physical assets to the highest international specifications, the materials provided on the Akamaar domain are delivered strictly on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties regarding uninterrupted access or absolute typographical perfection within our public-facing materials.
Under no architectural or legal framework shall Akamaar or our strategic partners be held liable for tangential damages, data loss, or business interruption resulting from the direct or indirect utilization of our web infrastructure.
04. Jurisdictional Authority
These Terms of Service are constructed and governed in absolute accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo.
